Vodafone Customers can Dial 121 for Best Offers

Vodafone Essar, one of India’s leading cellular services providers has launched its new tariff advisory number 121 for its Prepaid and Postpaid customers. Vodafone customers can now dial 121 (toll free) and get advice on the best offers suitable for them based on their budget and usage pattern.

Prepaid customers can get to know about the most suitable tariff offer, right recharge and Bonus Card, also current offer customized to their usage. The Best Deal recommended is based on the analysis of various parameters like customers’ balance, validity, current status and usage pattern. The Best Deal offer can be a Validity Recharge, Chhota Recharge, Bonus Card or a value added service.

Postpaid customers can also call 121 (toll free) for their Best Deals. In addition to new offers and tariff advisory services, customers can also get information about account related information like bill details, credit limit, etc. add on connections, information on Roaming, VAS and other promotional packs.
